I absolutely live for frozen yogurt, and it is super easy to make at home in any flavor combination. This one is raspberry, peanut butter, and chocolate.
- 2 cups frozen Kefir nonfat milk (favorite brand: Lifeway)
- 1 cup frozen rasberries
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs (favorite brand: Navitas Naturals)
- 2 tablespoons homemade peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ice
Blend your frozen dry ingredients first (raspberries, cacao nibs, peanut butter, and ice), so that the milk will mix in easily. I only made one serving, so the Nutribullet blender was the perfect size for me. The frozen yogurt consistency is easy to get by using your homemade peanut butter and Kefir nonfat milk, which is packed with probiotics for healthy digestion.
