Buckwheat waffles topped with peanut butter, blueberries, and maple agave. Seconds (and thirds), please!
- 2 frozen buckwheat waffles (favorite brand: Nature's Path)
- 2 tablespoons (or more!) homemade roasted peanut butter
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Maple agave syrup, as much as you'd like! (favorite brand: Trader Joe's)
You know what to do! Take 2 crispy waffles out of the toaster and top with your homemade peanut butter (see link to roasted peanut butter in the main recipe page), blueberries, and maple agave syrup. Substituting butter for peanut butter in this recipe makes it totally vegan!
